Before the floor is delivered on site, all wet works (such as: concrete works, plastering, mudding) should be finished according to the good building practice and the building should be thoroughly dried. Storage, fitting and its further exploitation should take place under optimum conditions:

> 45-60% air humidity

> temperature +18 ÷ 22°C

> wall humidity up to 3%

ACCLIMATIZATION

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ONE SHOULD KEEP THE WOODEN FLOOR ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE UNPACKED, BECAUSE IT MAY RESULT IN THE CHANGE OF WIDTH, HUMIDITY, GEOMETRY AND LOSS OF WARRANTY.

The humidity of substrate for the assembly should equal as follows :

> wooden up to 10%

> concrete up to 1,5% according to the CM method, up to 3% according to the dry oven test

> anhydrite concrete up to 0,5% according to the CM method, up 1,5% according to the dry oven test

> concrete substrate should be dry, even and fulfil the following mechanical conditions:

> pull off test 1 MPa

> compression test minimum 25 MPa

BEFORE THE WOODEN FLOOR ASSEMBLY ONE SHOULD DRAW UP THE HUMIDITY MEASUREMENT AND WALL HUMIDITY AS WELL AS THE MECHANIC PROPERTIES OF THE CONCRETE FLOOR. NON-PERFORMANCE OF SUCH PROTOCOLS WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF GUARANTEE.

In case of the under-floor heating it may be necessary to heat the screed.
